The program established in Sarajevo is for following countries: USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, in Banja Luka and Mostar for Canada and Australia (only visitors).

In order to improve medical assessment carried out in Bosnia and Herzegovina, IOM also opened an ambulanta in Sarajevo, which is fully equipped.
